About

Hi, my name's Anny and I'm a Zumba and Movement is Medicine Instructor based in Hay-on-Wye. I've always loved to dance and find great joy in shaking it out on the dancefloor to good music! After moving to Hay in 2020 I missed the buzz I got from going to dance classes with a fab group of people every week. Fast forward and I decided to train as a Zumba Instructor and Joy in Dancing was born. Knowing the power that dance and music had to improve my mood and wellbeing, I wanted to learn more about the science behind how movement and music affect us both physically and mentally. I came across Movement is Medicine and instantly fell in love with how accessible, educational and fun it was. I knew I had to train as a MIM instructor and I am excited to add MIM classes to my offerings.
I hope you'll come and share the buzz of the dancefloor with me!
Anny xx
